The Grove

A 62-unit townhome development in downtown Durham needed to build a new brand from scratch. CMID worked with the developers, the agents at Urban Durham Realty, and the project’s marketing firm to create it.

After finalizing all pre-construction selections of materials and finishes and generating renderings of various scenes and models of The Grove, the CMID team designed an immersive Branded Environment for the realtors and potential buyers to work in.

This room within Urban Durham Realty’s downtown office is a place where buyers can see and touch all of the options and upgrades available for their new townhomes and get a glimpse of the emotional connection their future residences will offer.
